We offer amazing trade discounts with additional offerings to trade customers with displays on a regular basis. </br></br> Retailer & Trade Customer Support</br> Large or small, we see all our trade relationships as a partnership, with a service which goes far beyond the simple supply of showers, baths and brassware. To offer a hassle-free and personal service all trade customers, you will receive a dedicated account manager whom can offer you exclusive time-limited promotions & a great trade sales and customer service experience. </br></br> Merchandising</br> We understand that the products themselves will not always sell themselves that is why your dedicated account manager will supply you with all the required merchandising support material. This includes the Lisna Waters high quality Brochure, advertising and website are setting the standard in the industry for informative impact. We also support our trade customers in all promotional activity which incorporates and promotes the values of our Lisna Waters Bathroom brand. </br></br> Delivery</br> Most ranges are made available on an ex-stock basis. Our Whirlpool Baths are all made bespoke for our customers to their exact requirements, and we aim to manufacturer our whirlpool bath systems within 7-14 working days, depending on how complex and number of features. Our Steam Showers, Shower Enclosures, Freestanding Baths and Walk-in Wetroom Shower Panels are all held in our 2 warehouses in Leeds & Outer London. We work very closely with several specialist fragile goods haulage companies and also offer a Home Delivery service to trade customers’ end users upon request. Both options ensure products are delivered within 2-7 working days and in many areas arrive within 24-48hrs.
